My name is David Saterfield. I am the Trust, Legal, and Compliance Officer at First Citizens Bank. We work in a collaborative environment. We have a lot of heads at the seat of the table because we're always trying to do what's best for the client. I like my job because I have my jd and I have my MBA. It's like the best of both worlds, just being here and learning about employee benefits law, about labor law, about trust, about wealth. There was this whole other world that I wasn't privy to, and so getting the opportunity to get in every single day and learn something new has been rewarding itself, something I’m always going to be thankful for. If someone were to ask me why you should join First Citizens, I would say to them that we are growing like crazy. My name is Timmy Jo Brown. I'm a Financial Sales Manager here at First Citizens Bank. My favorite thing about First Citizens Bank is actually, by working here it allows me to follow my passion for helping people. It's really about building the relationships, being a people person, and coming to work and getting paid for something you enjoy doing. I do meet with clients on a daily basis. I go through a discovery process to really understand and really learn about them and help them as an individual. I really believe First Citizens, from the time you enter, to the time you go home over the weekend, it's truly a family. Hi, I’m Steve Ramirez. I’m the Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy for firstcitizens.com and I joined First Citizens because of the great opportunity and challenge that we have in front of us to create a brand new, best-in-class website experience. My role at First Citizens is managing the website. You know, you have several million visits every single month. There is really a variety of customers and prospects that come to the site. We have retail customers, wealth customers, small business customers, and, also commercial customers, so there's quite a bit of work that goes into managing it day-to-day. Our number one project for this year and for next is a complete redesign of the website. We're working with really top tier firms across the industry to make sure that this web experience is as good as it can possibly be. This is a very unique and a rare opportunity to come be a part of a brand new redesign from scratch, where you're putting in a CMS, you're actually putting in brand new content, and putting in brand new design. So, we're merging three different projects into one. There's so much ahead of us. Even though the website redesign will be done sometime next year, that's just the beginning. We're going to continue to optimize personalize the experience really there's no limit to our potential online. [Music]
