Position Description:
The Client Solutions Advisor role is to grow and deepen client relationship through outbound calls to new and existing mass and mass affluent clients and prospects. Develop a thorough understanding of client/prospects financial situation and needs, present suitable investment solutions designed to help them achieve their financial goals and needs. Collaborate and partner with internal lines of business to promote bank and other Wealth Management product and services.
Principal Accountabilities:
Business Development: Make outbound client/prospect contacts and respond to inbound client / prospects contacts. Develop a thorough client profile and needs analysis. Promote appropriate solutions to meet client needs. Close sales of investment and securities products.  Capture and grow new client assets. Ensure all compliance standards are met.
Client experience: Delight and serve as a relationship management point of contact for Wealth Management clients.  Proactively communicate with clients and prospects.  Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests, workflow and documentation.  Provide periodic client reviews.   
Partnerships: Identify products and services held outside of First Citizens.  Deepen and grow client relationship by promoting First Citizens brand and value-added products and services.  Provide warm opportunities to internal partners.  
Compliance / Regulatory: Maintain in-depth understanding of compliance, regulatory, FCIS and departmental policy and procedures.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years as a registered securities representative
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years as a registered securities representative.

Preferred Qualifications:
Series 63, Series 65/66 and series 7.
State-specific Life and Health insurance license.
Series 7 and Series 65/66 may be obtained within the first 90 days of hire or placement date provided Series 6 license is active.
Demonstrated knowledge of investment and financial markets and how to apply key principles appropriately to individual clients investment needs.

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.  
Organized and attention to detail.
Driven self-starter.
Demonstrated sales ability.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence and persuade.
Knowledge of brokerage, banking and insurance products and services.
Excellent client relationship skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed productivity and quality goals.
Ability to work independently and to partner and collaborate with others.
Certified Financial Planner designation a plus.
