Position Description:
Effectively supervise direct reports and coordinate the daily operational tasks associated with data entry for both cardholder and debit card.  Supervise the entering of new accounts and maintenance changes with minimal to no errors and while maintaining SLAs with internal business partners so expectations to our customers are met.  Timely answer emails from associates and resolve reporting conflicts for Rewards customers.  Assist with the continuing development of systems, procedures and compliance with all regulatory policies ensuring accurate financial reporting and quality customer service for card customers.  Act as manager designee when the Bankcard Operations Manager is out of the office.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years customer service, data entry or accounting experience to include a minimum of 2 years leadership experience.

Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. Bank car not provided.
Strong oral/written communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to handle escalated/complex customer calls, inquires and research.
Knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
2 years supervisory experience.
Knowledge of First Citizens Bank and Card Operations vendor systems.
