Position Description:
The Support Specialist will create customer satisfaction for the Banks business clients by ensuring seamless establishment of assigned Business & Treasury Services products and by providing superior ongoing support. This associate partners and collaborates with Treasury Services Sales Support and Bank Operations teams to ensure internal as well as external customer support needs and service levels are continuously met. He/She will play a proactive role in tracking and reporting customer issues and resolutions, trends, product usage and other key metrics to assess overall customer satisfaction. This individual serves as point of escalation for complex issues from customers, bankers and contact center associates.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in sales, banking, or financial services.

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years experience in sales, banking, or financial services
Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in sales, banking, or financial services.

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years experience in sales, banking, or financial services

Additional Requirements
Prior experience selling or supporting cash management products and services.
Knowledge of midsized and large corporate cash management functions.
Understanding and experience using and/or supporting bank processing systems and Treasury Services products; including information reporting, online banking, collection and disbursement applications.
