Acquire and manage relationships with mass affluent individuals; consumer lending; deliver consumer revenue products and services; identify opportunities for wealth management and partner with SFA for wealth management solutions. Supports a cluster of branches in markets where there is a significant opportunity to bank mass affluent individuals.

Principle Accountabilities:

Sales Scorecard:
Achieve sales scorecard expectations.
Achieve sales results with an appropriate distribution of performance across products that align with intended job functions and market opportunity.
Achieve sales results that align with the needs of the community and ultimately support the organizational commitment to diverse lending.

Mass Affluent Relationship Acquisition & Development:
Develop and implement a plan for sourcing new relationships with mass affluent customers. This plan should include activities to generate referrals from bank partners (SFA, BB, Branch), external referral sources (customer advocates, COI's) as well as expanding relationships within the existing portfolio.
Have comprehensive conversations with all new mass affluent customers about current financial priorities and goals. Using this information, develop a financial goal plan in Money Guide Pro that the customer can use to make financial decisions. Engage wealth and insurance partners to translate the financial goal plans created in Money Guide Pro into actionable items for the customer.
Develop and implement a plan for sourcing and engaging centers of influence that refer mass affluent customers.
Represent the Bank in the community by attending and participating in civic and community events that are specifically frequented by the mass affluent.

Risk Mitigation:
Adhere to all regulations and Bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities.
Manage credit, operational, reputational, regulatory and legal risks related to personal interactions, customer transactions and financial exposures.
Act as a first line of defense in the identification of risk.
Complete required training and any Continuing Education by established deadlines.

Platform Sales:
Secures licenses required for the Platform Sales designation in the Banks Licensed Platform Associate program and consistently sells at or above targeted Platform Sales goal levels.
Refers to Wealth Management partners for products and needs not within the targeted scope of the PS position.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in financial services relationship management; retail/business/commercial banking, private banking, wealth management.
- or -
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years experience in financial services relationship management ;retail/business/commercial banking, private banking, wealth management.

Additional Requirements:

Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. Bank car not provided.
Requires Series 6, 63 and state specific life insurance licenses.

Preferred Qualifications:

Personal financial analysis and credit underwriting skills.
Series 7, Series 65 and/or Series 66.
