As a Digital Channel Analyst, you will be a member of the bank’s Digital Channels Strategy team. This role will partner with the Program Manager, responsible for Online Banking applications, in the implementation and delivery of solutions for new product or channel concepts, enhancements, and roadmap deliverables.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Performing business and system analysis for channels or card products, supporting strategy team initiatives, and collaborating with other Business Analysts, Program/Product Managers, Operations, and IT.
• Understanding the business needs by collaborating with business partners and documenting requirements.
• Assisting in the prioritization of project requests and establishes deadlines for completion of project deliverables based on estimates.
• Coordinating, consolidating and compiling the analysis of channel/product data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Assisting with creation of test scripts and executes User Acceptance Tests as necessary.
• Performing day-to-day operational support for Online Account Opening and and be the first line of escalation for the organization. Escalate issues to IT and/or 3rd party vendors, when appropriate.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years’ experience (3 years in financial services or IT).
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years financial services or IT experience.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
• Possesses an understanding of the internet, web application development and system design.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or certification.
• Financial and/or Accounting experience.
• ALM (HP Quality Center) experience.
