As a Product & Channel Analyst I, you will be a member of the bank’s Card Strategy team. This role will provide business and system analysis and support for card products, supporting strategy team initiatives, and collaborating with other Business Analysts, Program/Product Managers, Operations, IT, and other key stakeholders.   
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist the team with documenting requirements and executing those requirements for new product or channel concepts, enhancements, processes, and roadmap deliverables.  
• Write and execute test scripts to establish all systems or product requirements have been met and the system or product functions as designed.  
• Perform ongoing and ad hoc financial / performance analyses and reporting in support of overall portfolio goals.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of experience (1 year in financial services or IT).
Or
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of financial services or IT experience.

Additional Requirements:
• Ability to quickly understand complex business issues and processes.
• Familiarity with project management life cycle.
• Financial services industry experience in a business support area.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
