As a Sales Analyst II, you will be a member of the bank’s Sales Effectiveness team. This position is assigned one or more applications which support the Sales & Service strategies of the Bank. Also, the role serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the application(s).
Additional Responsibilities:
• Manages the assigned sales system(s) to ensure data integrity and delivery of information to Executive Management, Sales Managers and Sales Associates.
• Defines business requirements and the strategic direction within assigned system(s), and implements adjustments to meet sales objectives, profitability, growth/retention, and deliver results to Executive Management.Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience involving advanced math and/or statistical analysis.

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of work experience involving advanced math and/or statistical analysis.

Additional Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills are a must, as well as strong communication/problem resolution skills.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Access).
• Familiar with financial services industry.
• Ability to think "big picture" when analyzing data and articulate conclusion from data analysis to lead discussions and present to management.
• Document and prove ROI for projects and data analysis.
• Work independently and proven leadership skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Base SAS is desired.

Other preferred qualifications:
• COGNOS experience.
• Project management experience.
• First Citizens Bank Sales Strategy experience.
