Position Description :
To generate, analyze and monitor daily complex balance sheets for high dollar reconciliations for deposits, loans and General Ledger accounts.  Research and resolve exceptions to ensure compliance with the Bank's Accounting Policy.  Mitigate risk of loss to the bank by identifying and investigating fraudulent items, aged items and misuse of general ledger accounts. Maintain oversight of loans in transit, not booked to the system.  Process domestic collections claims ensuring the audit trail is enforced.  Review affidavits to ensure they are complimentary to the stated breach of warranty claim.  Ensure compliance with Regulation CC by independently decisioning the disbursement of funds to pay claims received from other financial institutions.  Partner with Risk and Legal to further identify and investigate fraudulent domestic collection items.  Monitor and report to the US Treasury deposits made by federal agencies.  Understand and comply with the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) issued by the US Treasury on proper handling of these accounts.  Maintain working knowledge of all bank systems related to the accounts being reconciled.Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma\GED equivalent with a minimum of 2 years Banking\Financial Services experience.
