Position Description :
This Treasury Management Sales Officer promotes, sells, and manages Treasury Services for business/commercial and small business relationships generating noninterest fee income for the Bank. This external sales associate oversees the growth of the portfolio by identifying the business needs, offering customizes client solutions, recommending new products and services through the utilization of cross selling and referral activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
80% Generating revenue from the sale of treasury management products and services:
• Define and implement sales campaigns to identify high profile clientele.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high value clients.
• Proactively contacts prospective clients obtained through networking and internal referrals.
• Go on calls with Commercial, Business, and Branch Bankers to secure new business.
• Maintain good customer relations and ensure proper servicing of accounts.

20% Provide Ongoing Support for Existing Customers:
• Answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Provide technical training and support for treasury products and services.
• Ensure proper account documentation and all requisite agreement execution.
• Provide training for new and relevant commercial treasury products.

Bachelor degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in commercial banking or commercial sales experience.
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years experience in commercial banking or commercial sales experience.

Additional Requirements
Certification as a CTP (Certified Treasury Professional).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Personal transportation required.
Position requires travel.
Both retail and commercial banking experience are beneficial.
