Position Description :
Provide quality customer service for both cardholders (debit and credit) and merchants by ensuring all phone and written inquiries (both internal and external) are handled in an efficient and timely manner.  Ensure proper maintenance of the Card Systems, including FDR and TSYS for credit card and debit card for the Bank as well as the Client Banks.  Handle customer inquiries including account set up, ongoing account maintenance for credit card and debit card; charge-backs for credit card, debit card and merchant accounts; GL balancing of cardholder and merchant systems; processing payments; and research on both cardholder and merchant accounts.

Note: This position can be filled as a level I or II depending on the selected candidate's skills and work experience.Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year customer service, data entry or accounting experience.

Additional Requirements:
Strong oral/written communication and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of PC based software, to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
Accounting skills.
